Miscellaneaous meeting rooms
An elegant salon, an illuminating orangery, a characteristic carriage house, a beautiful attic or a majestic castle room. All with original details, modern technology and contemporary comfort. We value that all meeting rooms have daylight, which will contribute to the state-of-mind of your guests. The lush nature surrounding the estates will inspire you.
You choose the meeting setup that contributes to the desired outcome of your event. This can be a traditional board setting or U-shape, a theatre setting, a school setup or square setting. An unusual kind of setting might even improve the engagement at your gathering. For example, a circle with comfortable lounge chairs, a round table in the forest or at a table with swings as chairs in the grass. Everything is possible. Our mission is to give your guests a lasting memory and a productive day at one of our estates.
Meeting package
Organizing your business gathering at a Castles to Meet estate requires a minimum of 8 hours and 10 people per booking. Prices start at € 65.00 excluding VAT per person per day. Booking only mornings or afternoons or for smaller groups is possible as well.
For a business meeting during a part of the day or in a smaller group we apply a minimum spend per meeting. In this way it remains possible for us to meaningfully contribute to the preservation of Dutch Nature and Cultural Heritage in private ownership.
A meeting package includes coffee, tea, water (still and sparkling), juices and a healthy lunch. Rental of the meeting room, audio & visual equipment, Wi-Fi and the option for hybrid meetings are included. A walk in nature is free of charge.
